HEALTH GUARANTEE
This puppy to the best of my knowledge is completely healthy.
Breeder warrants that the puppy has had all 4 Dew Claws removed. Breeder warrants that the puppy has received the first set of puppy vaccinations. Breeder warrants that the puppy will receive 4 doses of worm medicine beginning at 2 weeks of age and again at 4, 6 and 8 weeks of age. Puppy will receive a health check from a licensed veterinarian prior to buyer picking up the puppy. Buyer will recive a complete medical history of their new puppy.
Buyer(s) have 96 hours (4 Business Days- including Saturday) to have their puppy examined by their veterinarian or this contract is null and void.

A written and detailed report from the attending veterinarian must be provided that proves conclusively a pre existing condition is present in the animal. This guarantee is void in the event of an undeterminable or inconclusive diagnosis. Seller within eight days from the diagnosis before an exchange will be made. All veterinarian fees will be paid by the buyer. Buyer(s) agree to allow seller(s) veterinarian review all documents surrounding any claim to determine the appropriate course of action
This guarantee does not include any illness due to the ingestion of foreign objects, impropber food, chemicals, physical injuries, or environmental factors. This guarantee does not warrant against Giardia, Viral or bacterial infections and Hypoglycemia. This gauarantee does not guarantee nor is limited to Parvo, Coccidiosis, Distemper or CoronaVirus,, Kennel Cough, Pnemonia, Lyme Disease, Heartworm, Rabies or lack of required annual vaccinations.We do not include the following in our guarantee: skin problems, allergies, eye lid problems or hernias. These diseases and physical problems can be contracted once the puppy leaves sellers home and seller will have no control over the environment the puppy is kept in or exposed too. This guarantee does not cover behavioral or training issues. This guarantee does not cover any injury sustained to the puppy by other acts such as but limited to an injury from another animal or accident with a vehicle.
Every reasonable precaution has been taken to prevent this puppy from acqquiring any hereditary health defects. Due to the unknown hereditary and environmental causes of such defects. We do not guaarantee OFA hip clearances for any puppy purchased. We pride ourselves in giving you the best bred Bernese Mountain Dog we can. The orthopedic foundation for animals does not guarantee your your dog will not contract hip dysplasia in his/her lifetime even with an excellent rating at 24 months of age. We only guarantee severely dysplastic puppies untill the age of 12 months. In the event that your dog has severe hip dysplasia and must be destroyed, we will replace your dog with another puppy . x-rays and a letter stating the dyspasia from a licensed veterinarian must prove severe hip dysplasia. Dody Garvin reserves the right to secure a second opinion from our veterinarian ( Purchaser will be responsible for all cost) We will replace the puppy within the next breeding period., .
